In the typical mountain setting, Patrick offers you, during a meal, to share products produced in the family farm.

In the family, we have been farmers and breeders for generations. We know how to work with the animals and the farming quality !

We are stongly attached to the values such as a balanced and healthy food, that is the reason why we propose :

• A garbure (soup of cabbage and bacon) that smells good in the hostel
• Crunchy grilled chops at will from the farm.
• P, sausages, home-made ham coming from the family butcher shop
